Q:How long does the process take on average?
A: As stated, this is determined by several variables that when taken into consideration can speed up or slow down the process. On average, after we submit your information to our clients, the client will interview, and make offer within 10 business days, and provide an anticipated start date determined by completion of client requirements (e.g. Background, drug screen, etc.)

Q: Should I turn in my notice to my current employer after speaking with a recruiter?

A:NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NOT SURE HOW TO BE MORE CLEAR THAN NO! Do not turn in your notice to your current employer until an official offer has been extended (IN WRITING). I have heard horror stories of people turning in their notice prior to receiving a written offer, only to have the company change their mind. Each situation is unique, and our recruiters are equipped to assist with this process if you have any questions.

Q: Do I pay you for your services, or how are you compensated?

A: We have agreements in place with our clients for the service of providing them with talent that is ideal for current/future openings. If an agency/recruiter ever asks you for anything (other than a referral or review) outside of information necessary to assisting them achieve your goals, I would suggest you seek help elsewhere.
